The SDS-ONE APEX series from Shima Seiki Manufacturing Co., Ltd. allows for the design of various knit patterns such as organizational patterns, intarsia patterns, and jacquard patterns in flat knitting. The material expressions using mohair, slub yarn, and shiny yarn are very realistic, and simulations specifying plating, the number of yarns, and yarn counts are also possible. Additionally, it is equipped with over 1,000 types of organizational data and is linked to our knitting CAD for knitting machines, contributing to production efficiency. It provides total support from planning to production and sales promotion, including pattern creation, color creation, and product image creation.
